129th Founders' Day
Venue : Sir Kirby Laing Auditorium
Guest of Honour : Mr and Mrs Narinder Jit singh Bindra (Chairman Uttarakhand commission for Minorities, Govt. of Uttarakhand)
Founders’ Day is a very important day in the school calendar. We gather to focus on and celebrate the vision of great men and women that materialized in 1888 and continues to be nurtured and strengthened by the tireless efforts of those who took on the mantle from them. The Guest of honour for this occasion was Mr N.J.S.Bindra. After the opening prayer by Rev. Eric Templeton the congregation sang the hymn "Standing on the Promises of Christ My King.....", the Junior School Choir sang their anthem "Beautiful one I love..." followed by a Bible reading by the Girls' Captain. The senior School Choir sang "One Pair of Hands...". The 129th founders' day cake was cut by Mrs Singh and assisted by Mrs L.Cashmore, Headmistress Junior School.
